Excuses
A lot of times we put more effort into making excuses than we put into finding solutions. If you want to achieve something, you have to reach for it. Put your excuses by the wayside and start reaching. The only power your excuses hold, is the power you give them. To release their hold, start with accountability. Address your excuses. Stop using them to cop out and give up. Remind yourself that for every reason not to do something that contributes to the betterment of you, there's one or more to do it. This will help you stop giving reasons why you can't all while helping you come up with reasons and actions that prove that you can. Take responsibility. Step up and step out of the excuse zone which is better known as the blame game. Things happen, have happened, will happen; acknowledge them, put them in perspective and keep progressing. There's no excuse good enough to stop you from being who you might have been / can be.
